Print and fill out the application. Each co-resident and each occupant over 18 must submit a separate application and $25 application fee.
Rental Criteria is as follows:
2 years of good rental history-(no evictions, or owe any other property any money for rent/damages)
1 year of employment
Make 3 times amount of the rentCredit screening

Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 439-4981. Once we receive your application we'll call you and make arrangements.NOTE: Submitting this rental
application online is the beginning of the application process.
The standard deposit required for move-in is
• $300 for a 1 BDRM/1 BA
• $400 for a 2 BDRM/2 BA
• $600 for a 3 BDRM/2 BA
• Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.
• An additional $600 pet deposit will apply. (Maximum 2 pet per household) Breed Restrictions Apply.
